How to Use:
Take 1 tablespoon daily, preferably in the morning, on an empty stomach for optimal absorption. For problematic gut health, complete the full 7-week course for best results:

• Week 1: 10ml daily
• Week 2: 5ml daily
• Week 3: 10ml daily
• Week 4 onwards: 30ml per week (can be taken all at once or divided).
